The Burlington practice of Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates is offering a FREE Family Information Series that is open to the public. These talks are targeted toward families and will feature topics of interest to help families support the physical and mental health of their children.
All the talks listed below will be held at the Burlington practice, located at 20 Wall Street in Burlington, from 5:30-6:45pm.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Your Child’s Learning Style
This presentation will offer an overview of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), when a child should be assessed, and types of interventions that are helpful.
Discussion topics will include:
- A definition of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its various forms
- What behaviors families should look for in their child that would warrant an evaluation for ADHD
- What happens during an ADHD evaluation
- Research-based methods of intervention such as home-based, school-based, medication and more
